ICSI helps prepare students to take on leadership roles at their home campuses as mentors and teachers in a variety of ways. Competitions are available for ICSI students, such as the US CyberPatriot Competition, which is a national defense competition that places students in charge of securing virtual networks. Students are encouraged to lead CyberPatriot organizations, create teams, and teach after-school classes at their home campuses.
