• Records Request


    Copies of your employee records from your personnel file maintained by NEISD HR can be electronically requested by clicking on the button below. Please allow seven business days for the request to be processed. During our peak season (Jun-Aug) requests take approximately 15-20 business days. Substitute requests take up to fourteen business days.

    The records available for request through the online form are from the personnel file maintained by NEISD HR Records. All other requests will require a public information request.

Current Employees

  • Current Employee Records Request

    To request copies of your employee records, including service records, submit an online Records Request. Service records provided will only be records from an employee's time with NEISD. Service records from other districts cannot be provided per District policy.

    Note: The most up-to-date version of an employee's service record will be available 30-60 days after the employee's final date of employment or 30-60 days after the end of the school year and is dependent on payroll processing schedules. 


    Professional Development Transcripts

    To request copies of your professional learning (PL) transcripts from A-Train or Eduphoria Workshop, submit an online Professional  Learning Transcript Request. If you have questions, please contact the Curriculum and Instruction Department at 210-407-0329.


    Open Records Request 

    To request information under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA), submit an online Open Records Request. More information is available on the district’s Public Information Act page.

  • New Employees

    It is the responsibility of newly hired employees to contact their former employer to request and submit the following official service record documents to the Human Resources department. For experience to be considered for current year salary placement (if applicable), the following forms must be received by the Human Resources department no later than the last day of the employee’s current work schedule. Each year of employment must be identified on a separate line.
