My name is Alejandro (Alex) Morones.  I was born in San Antonio, and I attended NEISD schools from elementary to my graduation from MacArthur.  I am so excited to be a part of the MacArthur faculty and community. 

I am a US Air Force veteran, where I was a computer programmer.  After I separated from the Air Force, I spent time as a computer analyst at Bexar County and HEB Corporate headquarters.  After finishing my degree at UTSA, I became a technical writer in the UTSA Information Security office. 

For the last eight years, I have taught English at McCollum High School in the Harlandale school district.  As I see it, it is my job to set my students up for success.  I look forward to working with my students, their parents/guardians and our administration.
