I may be new to MacArthur High School, but I'm hardly new to the neighborhood.  I've lived in the Mac area for the last 25 years.  My kids went to Mac, and several of my nieces and nephews did, too. In all, we have eleven Brahmas in my family. There's plenty blue in my blood. I also grew up in the area and have many friends who are MacArthur Grads.

The 2023-24 school year will be my 16th year as a teacher, my seventh in high school and second teaching English IV.  I'm also excited about being the Head Coach of the Mac Golf Team. It would be an understatement to say I anticipate this to be a year full of challenges, but I'm excited and optimistic about the possibilities.
